Payment
Payment is accepted in Cash, by Bank Transfer or Tap to Pay. I can also send a payment link prior to session on request.
FLEXIBILITY:
+ Flexible and varying session times are available, including out of hours sessions to fit complex life schedules. Please get in touch for current availability expressing your preferred method of attending.
REDUCED RATES:
+ Fee reduction available for Emergency Service workers and Military personnel, please inform me at time of enquiry.
+ Reduced rates are available for counselling students.
Please note: You must be taking a core practitioner training course in counselling. I cannot offer lower rates to those studying psychology, hypnotherapy, social work or coaching at this time and your course must be at least one year's full time or two years part time where it is classroom based with at least 70% face to face tuition.
+ I strongly believe that counselling should be available to all and as such I have limited sessions protected for this, if you are on a low income please get in touch to discuss further and I will do my best to assist with reduced rates where I have current capacity to facilitate this or provide the relevant waiting time and availability for this.
PLEASE NOTE: Evidence of low income, training provider delivering counselling course or work sector will be requested (Your employer is NOT contacted by me to ensure your confidentiality is protected).
PAYMENTS:
Session payments MUST be made prior to a booked session.
SESSION CANCELLATIONS:
All bookings will be charged at the relevant full session rate for non attendance without prior cancellation notice of more than 48hrs in advance.
